Terms of service

1. Definitions

• Service — the Football Intelligence application available at the operator's domain.
• Operator — the owner and administrator of the Service.
• User — a person using the Service who has accepted these Terms.
• Account — an individual user account granting access to Service features.
• Plan — the chosen subscription tier (Free, PRO, Elite).

2. Age requirement — 18+

3. Service description

Football Intelligence provides the following services:

• Statistical predictions — match analyses based on the Poisson model (outcome probabilities, expected goals).
• SportGPT — AI chatbot (Anthropic Claude) answering questions about football statistics and betting analysis.
• Betting simulator (DEMO) — virtual wallet with virtual funds to practise strategies without financial risk.
• Live scores — real-time match results from third-party data sources.

The Service does not accept monetary bets, does not operate as a bookmaker, and is not a party to any betting transaction.

4. User account

4.1 Registration

Registration requires a username, email address, and password. The User is required to provide accurate information. The Operator may verify accounts via the email verification flow.

4.2 Account security

The User is responsible for keeping the password confidential. Any suspected unauthorised access must be reported immediately to hello@footballinteligence.com.

4.3 No credential sharing

Sharing login credentials with third parties is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account suspension without refund.

5. Subscription plans and payments

5.1 Payments

Payments are processed by Stripe Inc. The Operator does not store credit card data. Subscriptions renew automatically each month.

5.2 Refund policy

Due to the immediate-access nature of digital content, refunds are generally not available after subscription activation, except:

• Technical unavailability of the Service exceeding 48 hours within a billing cycle.
• Duplicate billing (payment system error) — please contact us within 7 days.

5.3 Cancellation

You can cancel at any time directly via the Stripe customer portal (link in the confirmation email). PRO / Elite access remains active until the end of the paid period.

6. Acceptable use — prohibitions

Users are prohibited from:

• Reselling Service access or predictions to third parties without the Operator's written consent.
• Automated data scraping from the Service.
• Attempting to circumvent plan limits (e.g., creating multiple accounts).
• Using the Service for any illegal purpose.
• Republishing predictions or SportGPT outputs as your own analysis for commercial purposes.

The Service is purely informational. If you use bookmaker services, do so responsibly:

• Set a strict budget you can afford to lose.
• Never gamble with borrowed money.
• Gambling can be addictive — seek help if it becomes a problem.

9. Intellectual property

All rights to the Service, algorithms, user interface, and content belong to the Operator. The User receives only a non-exclusive right to use the Service in accordance with the chosen plan.

10. Limitation of liability

The Operator is not liable for:

• Financial decisions made based on Service predictions.
• Losses resulting from the use of third-party bookmaker services.
• Service interruptions caused by failures of external data providers (football data, live odds and AI providers).
• Loss of betting simulator data stored in browser localStorage.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Operator's total liability is limited to the subscription amount paid by the User in the last 3 months.

11. Termination

The Operator may suspend or delete a User's account in case of breach of these Terms, without prior warning. In the case of breach by a paid plan, the Operator will consider a proportional refund.

12. Changes to the terms

The Operator reserves the right to amend these Terms with at least 14 days' notice via email or in-app notification. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the changes.

13. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by Polish law. Disputes will be resolved by the competent common court in Poland. EU consumers may use the ODR platform: ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
