What to write about
- Support and bugs: what you did, what you expected, what happened, and the device and browser.
- Billing, cancellation and refunds: you can cancel any time in the app under Billing. How refunds are handled is in the FAQ and the terms of service.
- Privacy and data requests: access, correction or deletion of your data, as described in the privacy policy. You can also delete your account yourself from the app.
- Corrections: if a page or a figure looks wrong, tell us which one. We would rather fix it than leave it.
What we cannot help with
We do not take bets, hold funds or give personal betting advice. If gambling is causing you harm, please contact BeGambleAware.org, GamCare.org.uk or GamblingTherapy.org.
